Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that:

- you understand the storage and handling requirements of the products
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment through Shopify’s supported payment providers.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier performance or external factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order promptly and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
Storage & Use
Our products must be kept refrigerated upon delivery.
They may be frozen if desired.
Once thawed, products should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
Do not refreeze once thawed.
Failure to follow storage instructions may affect product quality and safety and may invalidate refunds.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted except where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The usual 14‑day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to perishable goods.
